It was amazing to be back at the wonderful Charlton Hall Northumberland. I think this was possibly my first time there in the Winter yet the weather was actually pretty good. Just a light dusting of snow and a really clear blue sky day; 24 hours earlier the entire area was blanketed in snow.

I started the day in the quaint cottage getting ready with the girls. Having two brides in one small cottage was a bit of a logistical challenge but it worked. I have to say the first look with the bridesmaids, parents, boys etc was probably the most amount of people in a small space I’ve ever had to deal with haha.

Easily 20+ people for a reveal. This is what I love about weddings, the unpredictable nature, it’s what makes every wedding different.

I have to applaud the girls fashion choice. They rocked some awesome leather jackets with their wedding dresses and the bridesmaids had matching jackets, it looked very cool. I think this was my first ever wedding where the entire bridal party wore leather jackets. It did look pretty chic.

Zoe + Joy you were wonderful. You made the day so easy and relaxed which shows in the photographs. Thank you so much for having me along on your journey and I will no doubt see you both again considering the amount of friends at your wedding that I knew haha.

Here are some of my favourite moments from Zoe + Joy’s Charlton Hall Wedding!

“Ray is honestly amazing, a genuinely nice and funny guy! We didn’t even notice he was there for most of the day, which resulted in some amazing natural photos. We keep looking over them and still can’t believe how talented he is! 100% would recommend. Thanks Ray!”
